Juan is the founder of IdeasMeetCapital together with Manuel. He is responsible for the design and development of the concept and business model and for the coordination, organisation and management of all the professionals involved in the project. Juan has over 15 years’ experience in online, advertising, marketing, consulting and media business including over 10 years in senior executive positions. As an innovative entrepreneur, he has been co-founder and COO at PRUSLAND, a disruptive start-up video platform for online advertising distribution. He was Managing Director of the Media Business School, a prestigious research, training and consulting institution for the media and digital industries supported by the European Commission. Juan is also visiting professor at IE University. He graduated in Law at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and holds an Executive MBA from the IE Business School.

Manuel has developed the Community Architecture at IdeasMeetCapital and leads the design of the innovative company analysis and co-decision process. With over 15 years’ experience in the areas of Knowledge Management and Digital Business Strategy, he is co-founder of strategic consulting firm SOCIALNAUTAS. Manuel has worked as head of Knowledge Management at PwC. He was Director of e-learning at IE Business School and worked as Director of Business Development in IRC-Hispano. Manuel, an Economics and Business graduate of the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, also holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a Master in Specialized Portfolio Management from the Options & Futures Institute.

Javier, as external advisor, brings to IdeasMeetCapital all the knowledge he has acquired during his long career in the financial sector in order to facilitate the development and continuous improvemente in our innovative model for evaluating companies. Javier is general secretary of the Sapanish Institute of Investment Analysts, CEO at the Spanish Foundation for Financial Studies and member of the Executive Committee of Economists Financial Advisors, the General Council of Economists. Also since 1987 Javier has held different top management position at the Bank of Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA), where he was the Executive Director of Coordination of BUsiness at BBVA Asset Management. Javier holds a degree in Economics and Business from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has an MBA from IE Business School and a Master in Finance from the IE Business School and the London Business School. He is professor at several Spanish teaching top level graduate schools (CUNEF, IE Business School and Centro de Estudios Garrigues) where he teaches "Global Asset Management" and "Financial Markets".

Héctor is one of our external advisors at IdeasMeetCapital, and because of his extensive career working with quantitative models, Héctor focuses his work and responsibility in deigning assessment models and valuation of companies at IdeasMeetCapital. Héctor is currently Head of Quant Team & Murex Functional ssupport of BESI- Banco Espírito Santo. Héctor has developed his career since 2001 in this institution, where he became a Assistant Manager of Trading Desk in 2001. He has subsequently been Derivados OTC Director for the bank to his current position. His responsibilities include: quantitative analysis of risk factors, validation of software, risk management, modeling quantitative portfolio strategies, the design of valuation models and quantitative analysis of volatility. Before joining the bank, Héctor worjed as Financial Manager and Financial Analyst for other companies.

Daniel is responsible for the technology behind IdeasMeetCapital. He has been working over 15 years helping many companies to imagine and create new products and services based on innovative technological solutions. He has mainly worked in the fields of the telecommunications and e-banking. In recent years he has been involved in several startups, and now runs Byteflair, the first technology consultancy specialiced in APis. Daniel has published several books related to technology, lectures on the world of APis. he has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Deusto and has an MBA from Henley Business School
